The terms governing your use of Image2Image AI.
Contact and content reports
For support, billing, privacy requests or prohibited content reports, email support@image2imageai.net. Include the relevant job or payment reference so we can investigate.
Use of the service
By accessing the service, you agree to these terms. You must comply with applicable laws and may not disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Payments and Credits
Prices are in USD and shown before checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions charge the displayed annual total and renew annually until canceled, with credits released in twelve monthly installments per paid year. To cancel before renewal, contact the support email linked from your account billing page. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly credit window and do not roll over. One-time credit packs are delivered after verified payment and never expire. Credits have no cash value. A generation reserves its quoted credits; credits are charged only after the result passes content checks and is ready. Failed or rejected edits release the reservation. Contact us to request review of billing or a refund; refunds are handled by our payment provider subject to applicable consumer rights.
Acceptable use and content reports
Use the service only if you are at least 18 and have permission to upload and edit the content. Uploading or generating content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights is prohibited. Sexual content, content involving sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, graphic violence, hate, harassment, self-harm encouragement, fraud, impersonation and unlawful activity are prohibited. Do not upload private information without consent or attempt to bypass safety checks. We may reject requests and suspend abuse. Automated checks can make mistakes; contact us to report prohibited content or request a review.
AI model disclosure and generated content
Edits use the selected fal.ai model: Nano Banana 2.1 Edit, Nano Banana Pro Edit, Nano Banana 2 Edit, GPT Image 2.5 Flare Edit, Seedream 5.0 Lite Edit, Qwen Image Edit, FLUX Pro Kontext or FLUX 2 Flash Edit. Results are AI generated and may be inaccurate. Review results before relying on or publishing them. Commercial use is subject to the selected model terms and your rights to the source material; no third-party copyright, trademark or publicity rights are guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The service, brand, and original product materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. These terms may be updated, with the current version posted on this page.
